Deep Learning Webpage

Institute of Computer Graphics and Vision, Graz University of Technology and Institute of Biology, University of Graz

I am currently in the process of developing a webpage, where biologists can upload and process remote sensing data with our trained deep learning models. In order to be able to use deep learning for biomonitoring, specialist knowledge in the field of programming is usually required. Our goal is to provide all tools starting with the annotation of the data to the training of the deep learning models up to the application for large-scale biomonitoring, so that biologists and interested parties without special IT knowledge can use semantic segmentation of custom data sets for the respective biomonitoring projects In addition, our website is to be used as a data management program for image-based biomonitoring in general, so that a large database can be created. With this project, we want to make a significant contribution to the biomonitoring of the future, so that we can gain a better understanding of the changes in the environment around us. A first version of the webpage is already available and can be found on cc-explorer.com. The code is available on GitHub.
